Usually one to two working days. A person reviews every account, so it is not instant — and an account that has not been checked cannot post.
How verification worksWhat documents do you need?
Proof the business exists and that you are entitled to recruit for it. For a registered company that is typically the Companies House record; sole traders and partnerships have a separate route through business documentation and an operating address.
What we checkDoes it cost anything to post?
Posting is free during launch. There is no payment step in the product today, so nothing is charged and no card is asked for.
Pricing in fullWhat happens if my listing is rejected?
You get the reason in writing and can edit and resubmit. Rejection is usually about an unclear work location, a pay basis that is not explained, or a role outside what the platform allows.

Once your account is verified and your profile is complete — logo, a proper description, your location and a website or social link — it publishes as a public company page candidates can read before applying.
