About the Role
High Society Models is looking for confident adults who are interested in starting or developing a career in webcam modelling. The opportunity is suitable for both newcomers and experienced models who want access to a supportive agency environment rather than working entirely on their own.
As a model, you will create an online presence and communicate with viewers through webcam platforms. You will have the flexibility to organise your working hours around your lifestyle while receiving guidance from an agency team made up of people with direct experience in the webcam industry.
For new models, High Society Models provides support throughout the early stages of joining. You can learn how the platforms work, receive practical advice and connect with other models through the agency's community channels.
The agency also operates a progression scheme. Models can move through different stages based on their development and responsibilities, with the agency fee reducing as they progress. According to the supplied information, the fee begins at 15% and can eventually reach 0% at the Assistant Manager and Manager levels.
What You'll Be Doing
- Participate in webcam sessions and communicate professionally with online viewers.

Who We're Looking For
- Must be 18 or over.
- Confidence appearing on camera.
- Comfortable communicating with an online audience.
- A suitable computer, laptop or smartphone with webcam capability.
- Reliable internet connection.
- A private environment suitable for online work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage your own time and working schedule.
- Self-motivation and consistency.
- Willingness to learn and use agency training.
- Ability to follow platform and agency requirements.
- A professional attitude towards online work.
- Previous webcam modelling experience is not essential.
