About the Role
Pure Desire Models is welcoming adults aged 18 and over who are interested in building an online webcam modelling career. The opportunity is open to both people who are completely new to the industry and those who already have experience working online.
One of the main advantages of the role is flexibility. There are no fixed shifts, so you can decide when you want to be available and fit your webcam work around your existing routine. You can work from home or another suitable private location with a reliable internet connection.
New models receive access to a dedicated training portal along with ongoing guidance from the agency's experienced administrators and managers. This support is designed to help you understand the industry, set up your online presence and become more confident with your work.
The agency also places a strong focus on privacy and personal boundaries. Models can learn about different ways to protect their identity and decide what they are and are not comfortable sharing online. You remain in control of your working schedule, online interactions and personal boundaries.
Alongside individual support, Pure Desire Models provides access to a model community where members can exchange advice, take part in competitions and connect through group chats and meetups.
The agency states that its standard fee is 10%, with opportunities to reduce this through its progression scheme. Weekly and on-request payment options are also available.
What You'll Be Doing

Who We're Looking For
- Must be 18 or over.
- Comfortable communicating with people through online platforms.
- Confidence appearing on camera if you choose to do so.
- A suitable smartphone, laptop or computer.
- Working webcam or camera equipment where required.
- Reliable internet connection.
- A private and suitable environment for remote work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage your own time independently.
- A responsible and professional approach to online work.
- Willingness to complete training and learn new skills.
- Ability to follow relevant platform and agency requirements.
- Previous webcam modelling experience is not required.
