Rather than requiring therapists to follow fixed shifts, the agency works around individual schedules and promotes their services to potential clients. A dedicated booking team handles appointment coordination, helping reduce the administrative work involved in finding and scheduling clients.
The company is looking for people who combine massage knowledge with a friendly and welcoming personality. Some massage training or experience is expected, while strong spoken English and good organisation are also important for communicating with clients and managing appointments.
Therapists are responsible for their own tax arrangements because the company operates as an introduction and promotions agency rather than an employer. The agency also states that it is non-exclusive, although therapists are asked to limit the number of other agencies they work with.
Preference is given to therapists who have their own suitable incall location, as the company does not operate as a traditional salon or provide spa premises.
What You'll Be Doing

Who We're Looking For
- Must be 18 or over.
- Legally entitled to work in the UK.
- An interest in massage therapy or relevant massage training.
- Previous massage experience is beneficial.
- Good spoken English.
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Reliable and punctual working habits.
- Ability to work independently.
- Comfortable operating as a self-employed professional.
