About the Role
Honeypot Massage is seeking confident, reliable and personable women to join its established team as independent massage therapists/companions.
With more than two decades of experience, the business offers an established working environment designed around privacy and discretion. Workers operate from private premises rather than a conventional shopfront, providing a quieter setting for appointments.
The role is suitable for both experienced individuals and those looking to develop their experience in a private client-facing environment. You will be responsible for managing your appointments, communicating with clients professionally and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere throughout your working hours.
Honeypot Massage operates during daytime hours, with appointments available from 10am to 5:30pm, and Sundays from 11am to 5:30pm. The premises also provide a private lounge, bathroom and shower facilities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage appointments and working time efficiently.
- Maintain a discreet and respectful client experience.
- Communicate clearly with clients.
- Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Keep personal working areas clean and presentable.
- Follow venue policies and safety procedures.
- Work independently and manage your availability.
- Maintain a professional attitude throughout appointments.
- Communicate with management when necessary.
Who We're Looking For
- Must be 18 or over.
- Confident and approachable personality.
- Reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Good communication skills.
- Professional and respectful manner.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong understanding of discretion and confidentiality.
- Comfortable in a private adult-oriented working environment.
- Previous massage or client-facing experience is useful but not essential.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
